We recently had a plumber (Matt) out to fix a bathroom faucet and drain issue, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be done before starting any work. The faucet is now working perfectly — smooth operation, no leaks — and the drain is flowing better than ever. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was tested and functioning properly before leaving.

Second time I have used this company. On this visit, it was for plumbing to install a new shower/tub valve and trim. The plumber Robb was very kind and professional. After inspecting what he was going to have to do, he went over everything thoroughly to make sure that I understood before doing the work. I knew the work had to be done, so I gave him the OK to proceed. He periodically checked with me to explain what was going on, and after he finished his work, he had me check everything out to make sure I was satisfied. And I was totally satisfied with his work and his professionalism.

Robb Duprey provided excellent advice for resolving a plumbing issue. This did not result in work due to feasibility and cost, but the information and advice was exactly what we needed.
Following advice from Robb Duprey, we installed a new bathroom faucet in a bedroom. The installation was completed efficiently and pricing was transparent and reasonable.
