Woke up to no heat this morning. I am new to the area and after several calls to HVAC companies, “next appointment” 2 days away or not taking new customers. I called Village Home Services. Village came to us in a pinch at 1 a.m. on a Saturday for a check on our heater, which decided to die on us during a cold emergency week. Scott was kind, courteous, and professional, with all fees and costs explained to us up front and with a clear breakdown. He was not able to fix our issue that same night due to a replacement part issue, but obtained the part from a supplier and came to fix our heat on the following Monday. A painless experience all around.
