Plumbing technician Craig Tiilikkala was fabulous. He was personal and professional and did a great job cleaning our mini-split and making sure the A/C in the house was working fine. He had to move furniture, including lamps, to put a ladder near the mini-split and made sure everything was put back as he found it and was careful not to get anything dirty. We would request that the company send him again for any future HVAC needs we have.
