I needed a new furnace replacement, and the team at Village was awesome. Scott, Jon, and Nick quickly assessed the issues on my old unit and outlined all of my options for repair. Jon and Nick removed, replaced, and had my new unit operational within a day. They worked with respect for me and my home and left the utility room spotless.

Had to get a new furnace installed in a hurry. My other service provider was booking 2 months out, but a friend referred me to Village Home Services. Mark, the HVAC manager, examined my existing system the same day I called and had 3 suitable options available for me by the next morning. The crew who installed it did a very clean and thorough job, overcame any complexities they encountered, and left me with a warm house, a rundown on how to operate my new system, and a furnace room cleaner than before they arrived. I will not hesitate to consult them for further tasks.

BRENDON from Village Home Services was able to respond promptly to a weekend call on one of the coldest nights of the year when my furnace failed. He explained everything that was going on and was quite likeable to talk to. It didn't feel like a salesman pushing things on my wife and I but more like a knowledgeable person guiding us in the right direction. You don't often find people like that in the industry. Because of that, we agreed to get a new furnace to replace our old one. He was also there during the installation 2 days later with GUS and both did a remarkable job with their work. They also worked with us on doing work around the time our 1-year-old was napping and they provided coloring books for our child after they were done. That's above and beyond in my coloring book (pun intended). I would gladly hire Village Home Services again.
